Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email or text message from umshaofficial.com. This email will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER PHONE?
Yes. We do take orders over the phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash on Delivery only.

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, will not be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you, otherwise please get back to us. If the money reached our account, we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of refund would however depend on the payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Debit Card 5-7 business days
Credit Card 7-21 business days

In case your order is not successful and umshaofficial.com has been deducted from your account money has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Updates of your order status are send via emails or SMS at every step. With order placement, you would receive an email with your order details. Again, after dispatch of your order we send you an SMS with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms- for the status of your order, if you do not see any updates. In the case of any unforeseen events delaying your order, you would receive a special update from our end.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care +92-0313-3896093 as soon as possible with your order number. Without order dispatch made, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Dispatch if done of the order awaits delivery, do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In the case of prepaid orders, refunds are in processing as per our Return policies. Any umshaofficial.com Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account. Product categories such as Formal and Bridal, once you place an order it is not cancellable. This is indicative on the individual product pages. In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.

You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there is no change with it.
CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to [email protected] with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
I AM PLACING AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO MY LOVED ONE. WILL SHE RECEIVE THE PRICE TAGS AND INVOICE?
Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags also remain intact so that a product returns if your loved one faces any problem with it.
HOW DO I DO A TRIAL OF THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED?
We encourage you to try the items you bought, however, please ensure the product is left in a re- saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. Unfortunately, no, however, you can simply place another order.
